Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). Many living areas, you’ll always find a perfect nook, no matter the weather. There’s a fireplace indoors and also a fire pit outside. Just over the road is the bike/ walking path taking you along the Barwon River. The house is only a short ride to Hitchcock Ave -the main shopping strip. Easily walkable too.
