The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Just minutes from 1-75 and I-69, Kettering, UM-Flint, and Mott, as well as downtown Flint's businesses and restaurants, the museums and theatres of our amazing cultural district, McLaren, Hurley, as well as Atwood Stadium and Dort Federal Arena. This space was designed minimally for a budget-traveling option, able to sleep 6 people.

Been in the neighborhood for 7 years with no problems. It's a very quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of privacy, and a double lot to walk your dog. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.
