This 4-room flat is in an ancient farm, with charm, with an exceptional lake view. The flat being on the 1st (big room-American kitchen/dining room-living room with terrace + lounge of 120 square meters and 2nd floors (2 sleeping rooms, about 30 square meter) - access by stairs - the view is even more beautiful. This 1850 countryside farm is at 11 kilometers from Geneva, but accessible by bus number E (stop Anières-village at 2 minutes walk, 23 min. travel). Rentable until 31 March 2026.

Petit studio calme et confortable dans le quartier de la Servette. Face à un grand parc, très proche de l'arrêt de tram 14 et 18, 15 minutes à pied de la gare, 15 minutes à pied de l'ONU. Très proche des supermarchés, magasins et restaurants. Cet espace est ma maison, que je mets sur Airbnb lorsque je pars en vacances. Vous y trouverez mes effets personnels, que je vous remercie infiniment de traiter avec le plus grand soin. L'appartement a une vue sur une cour intérieure très calme.

Si votre envie est de loger dans quelque chose qui ressemble à un hôtel cela ne sera peut être pas pour vous. Il se trouve au 5 ème étages sans ascenseur.
