Mit lille skæve træhus, vil give Jer mulighed for ro - Slap af i denne unikke og hyggelige bolig. I vil have Dyrehaven, Bellevue strand og Klampenborg station i få minutters gåafstand - og dermed være i centrum af København med alle dens kunstmuseer og fristelser på 15 min med Kystbanetoget. Min frodige have og skønne træterrasse er oplagt til stille stunder og div hygge med ell uden markisens skygge. Endvidere rummer mit hus, masser af ældre hyggelig indretning + træterrasse også på 1.sal.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Huset er 30 m2 og er perfekt til - 2 voksne og 2 børn eller - 3 voksne Gratis parkering Nem transport til København C Bussen stopper 100 meter væk, og det tager ca. 20 min. at komme ind til centrum. Bussen kører hvert 10 min. Natur og legeplads Vi bor 50 m fra Gentofte sø, hvor der flot natur til en god løbetur og en stor legeplads. Indkøb: Der findes alle typer butikker indenfor 500 meter.

Hellerup has many cozy cafes and shops that invite you to stroll around. Supermarkets and bakeries are just around the corner and are open 7 days a week. S-Train and bus stops are within walking distance.
