Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Intracoastal Waterway Golf Condo, Balcony, DOGS OK

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo in Riverwalk II at Arrowhead Country Club. Gorgeous 2BR/2BA condo overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Arrowhead Country Club has a 27-hole golf course! The pool and hot tub are right outside your building. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by parents to Pool area! Violation is a $250 fine by the HOA paid by the guest. 10 minutes from airport. Breed restrictions. $150 fee per dog. Up to 2 dogs. NO CATS! NO LOUD MUSIC!

A beautiful waterfront apartment overlooking Huntington Beach State Park. It is located in the natural serene part of Murrells Inlet. The attached apartment is the entire top level of our home, a private entrance. It has a bedroom with one queen bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower. From the living room, kitchen, and common space there is also, a queen bed. Enjoy the most spectacular views the Inlet has to offer. Enjoy your coffee while watching the glorious seaward sunrise.

This well built home features just the right mix of modern renovations, wood work, and southern style to include modernized bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, custom lighting, high ceilings with catwalks, floor to ceiling windows, and so much more. The private 440 foot pier in your back yard includes a covered gazebo. It's great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or just enjoying the peaceful outdoor retreat! It is a short .8 of a mile to the closest beach access where you can enjoy the ocean.

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

By The Sea: Waterfront! Million Dollar View!

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Surfside Beach Paradise Unit 3 (Ocean Front)

Featured on HGTV's "Beach Front Bargain Hunt"!- Beautiful, recently upgraded, oceanfront condo, right on the beach! Both the living room and bedroom have ocean views. There is a King Size bed in the master bedroom and King bed in 2nd bedroom. 3 TVs, one in each room. and one large TV in the living room. There’s a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Close to the new pier, shopping, dining and golfing. There is 1 security camera on the walkway leading to front door. It’s always on.
