Lacey Cottage

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Round Rock, this entire guest house is comfortable & centrally-located. Use it as a launchpad for exploring Central TX from downtown, Dell Diamond, the Round Rock Sports Multiplex and Kalahari Resort - just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Salt and Pepper are provided but no cooking oil, coffee or other food items

This Austin themed retreat features a comfortable Queen-size bed, twin pull-out sofa, small kitchenette, keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and convenient portable convection cooktop; walk-in shower and a front porch as well. Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max. Our loft has its own private entrance and looks out onto a wooded lot. The open concept room provides a king-sized bed, sofa, living room, work desk and kitchenette with private bathroom. Twin-sized air mattress for 3rd person. It is close to restaurants and dining, art and culture, easy access to major roadways while having that 'country' feel. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, privacy and secured parking. Couples and 'solo' travelers are best suited.
