The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in a quiet cul-de-sac one minute from the 183 highway and nineteen minutes from downtown. Both bedrooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We installed a guard rail and anti slip grips on the steps but if stairs are an issue for some guests we have a roll in bed stored in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used down stairs.

A short drive from the charming Georgetown city square, this modern studio offers a convenient base for exploring the greater Austin area. Private apartment that is set up in a duplex styled fashion where Small Adult dogs are always welcome. It includes a king-size bedroom with closet, private bath and separate room that is a living area/queen sized sleeper sofa/dining area/kitchenette and all of this is right across the street from a lovely park with hiking and biking trails throughout the neighborhood. Centrally located close to shopping and restaurants in convenient NorthWest Austin. Well equipped for a longer stay!

Private retreat in the heart of historic Georgetown in the middle of San Gabriel park. Relax & enjoy this hidden oasis located where north and south San Gabriel rivers converge. Whole house to yourself right on the river with plenty of shade & lots of outdoor adventures including basketball, soccer & kayaking. Pets allowed upon approval. Please inquire. There is a 2nd rental available on the property as well. Both houses have their own private area as well as the community spaces.

There is also stainless steel appliances and the fridge has water/ice maker. The master bathroom has a garden tub. You'll have a refrigerator, washer, dryer. The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
