On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Sleeps 4 in Queen br and on bunks in library. . $35 pp extra charge for more than 4 guests. Pvt entrance to large and spacious lower level. Private patio and fire pit overlooks the lake. I live on the main level and avail if you need anything. 18 ft ceilings and french doors look onto lake. Large tv area, library, bunk room, pool table and bar. Full kitchen. May use dock, kayaks, canoe, grill. Secluded cove for swimming, fishing. Special situations and longer stays are an option!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
