Chalet 21 has 2 bedrooms downstairs and one in the above balcony room with bath. The property has a 12-acre fishing pond (bring your own life jackets), playground, beautiful seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, 9 hole putt putt course, ping pong in recreational facility. A full kitchen, gas fireplace, two bedrooms (king and queen beds), and gas grill on the porch allow for more relaxation. For your comfort, we use Cozy Earth linens on all beds.

The chalet has most of everything you need, it is our home away from home! We are dog friendly, so the whole family can come! Hiawassee has much to offer- shopping, spas, movie theater, fine dining, water sports and Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Young Harris College is only 7 minutes away. Pickle ball courts and a free beach is only minutes away.
