Wake up feeling inspired by the bright interior of this urban retreat. The home showcases a floating staircase leading up to the mezzanine bedroom, neutral tones, natural materials, subtle touches of color, rich textures, and an outdoor relaxing area. A 56m2 split studio tastefully decorated to host. Located in a quiet suburb of Athens few steps from the metro station. It is cozy and very sunny. **Consists of a double bed 140x200 upstairs and an open plan living room-kitchen with a sofa-bed 140x200 that comfortably sleep two. **The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans you could need and would make you feel like home. **It has an inverter A/C unit for heat/cold and central heat if needed. **Luxury designed bathroom with hairdryer, towels, toiletaries, shampoo, and shower gel. Guests can use the entire apartment, the front yard with the private parking included. So, you need just 22 min for Syntagma and Athens Airport by metro. You can also be in the historical center of Athens and Acropolis in 25-30 min by metro. The neighborhood has a mini market, coffeeshop, bakery, grocery store etc and you can easily find whatever you need within 2 min walking distance. It is also easy to find taxi few steps away. Orange Garden στο Χαλάνδρι.

Το 1960, πριν χτιστεί το σπιτιού μας στη Σοφοκλέους, ο παππούς Γιάννης φύτεψε ξινά δέντρα στον κήπο. Τα πορτοκάλια, τα μανταρίνια και τα λεμόνια γέμισαν τις φρουτιέρες μας , δυναμώνοντας τους χειμώνες μας και δροσίζοντας τα καλοκαίρια μας. Κάτω από αυτά τα δέντρα, έγιναν γλέντια, έπαιξαν παιδιά ενώ πεταλούδες ρουφούσαν χυμούς λουλουδιών. Καλωσορίζουμε τους επισκέπτες μας στον παράδεισο αυτό το τον γεμάτο αρώματα και χυμούς.
