House is set on the back of the block with the owners residing in the front home, both properties ideally situated maintaining privacy. A centrally located 5 bedroom house 250 meters away from the Beresford Foreshore overlooking Champion Bay. Three bedrooms contain king beds, one with a queen and one with a single. Four bedrooms contain televisions. The Foreshore boats AJ’s cafe which is perfect for a cuppa whilst overlooking the bay. Next to the coffee shop is an enclosed playground for the kids. 30 Knotts Distillery is located 230 meters away. Northgate shopping centre is 450m away.
