Kostaspant apt distances itself 300m from the sea and is located in the village of Gerani. Gerani is a small coastal village located 13 km west of Chania. It is believed that an ancient temple of goddess Vritomartys was here. Gerani is quiet unlike its neighboring villages of Platanias 1km east and Maleme 2km west. So you have the choice to join the fuss or stay in calm. You can use the swimming pool of Proimos Hotel that is next to the lodging.

Nice and Cozy apartment 5 minutes away from Chanias most touristic village (Platanias), located near bus stop for easy access anywhere on Creta, 10 minuted away on foot from the sea, with a very nice surrounding area within my premises and apart from a very relaxing location i also provide for the ones interested very high wifi access and Netflix.

Dome House

This small village house is in a picturesque neighborhood, just a short walk from the long sandy beach of Maleme, west of Platanias. The whole village used to compound an old Ottoman complex of warehouses and stables, while the house is next to an impressive dome which was one of the entrances to the complex.

Villa Nektarios

Surrounded by olive and orange groves, the Villa Nektarios is located at the upper end of the village of Gerani. For rent is a charming, separate studio apartment with private entrance, terrace, a lovely private garden area with a small plunge pool!
