Perfect for couples or a business travellers. The beach front is just 2-3 minutes walking from the apartment and the location of it, is between old Town of Limassol and the Tourist Area.

The two storey house is built with the limestone and soil offering coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The house has been in the family for many generations. Its first renovation dates back to 1929 by my grandfather, recently masterfully renovated.

My place is just opposite the beach. Nightlife, restaurants and dining could be found on frequent tourist promenade long 10 km. Family-friendly activities such us cinema, parks and water sports are within few meters. Or just relax in one of our pool. You’ll love my place because of the location, view and the cosiness.
