You'll find a personal hot tub, gas fireplace, kitchen, 1 bdrm on the main floor, & loft that functions as a 2nd bdrm. Has smart TVs in every room, Starlink, & new grill. The decks & spa are the perfect places for fresh air after a day of exploring. Whether you're looking for a quick romantic escape or a family trip, this is convenient/cozy base station. The Hill's Bungalow - Island in the Sun

The Hill's Bungalow, a wonderfully charming casita with a separate private entrance and parking. Walk out in the morning, watch the sunrise and sit on the private back porch for sunset. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

If features a large deck where we spend most of our time when we are in town. It is located on the Strawberry side of the community and is walking distance from 4 restaurant/bars.
