This property is declared by the state as a Cultural Museum of the first category. The house was build 100 years ago from Gollobordas ( masters in conastructions), and has resisted both world wars. From Traditional Guesthouse Permet you can enjoy view of river Vjosa valley. We offer traditional food and drinks with a good price

The guesthouse is located in the village of Asim Zeneli, Gjirokastra. The building is in the traditional style of the area surrounded by a small farm where nature intertwines with animals and bees. The food served is totally organic. staying there is characterized by village life and tranquility. Our guesthouse offers accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner with traditional food, walks on the farm but also within the village and the possibility of mountain guides (Cajupi mountain).

My house is in Qeparo, one of the most beautiful tourist villages of the Albanian Riviera. My apartment is a new building, with new furniture, comfortable, full of sunlight, with all the necessary things to feel at home, but the same time near the sea. Perfect for families and couples. Located 500m from the village center and 800m from the beach (only 5’ min walking) gives you the possibility to have quick access in both directions.
