Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Enjoy a beautiful cozy new riverfront cottage. Enjoy a breathtaking landscape like no other! In May 2020, the Edenville dam on Wixom lake failed, draining the lake and turning it back into the river it was 95 years ago. Our cozy cottage now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient trees and emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it. You & your family/friends will love your stay in this cozy upgraded cottage with an enormous deck & sunset views like no other.

Northern Retreat-hot tub-game room-sandy Oaisis

Enjoy this beautiful retreat that will provide you a peaceful and FUN getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through (not accessible). If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

Quiet Getaway

Quiet vacation home on Wixom Lake. While the lake is gone at the moment, it’s still a nice get away location. Large side yard for parking or tents. A fire pit in the yard for a relaxing evening. The house has three bedrooms, including a double bunk bed in one room and a master suite & central heat/ac A recent addition of a garage, entryway and loft have changed the look of the place. Gorgeous lakefront cottage with 50' of sandy, shallow water access—perfect for families! The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cozy living room that leads to a sunroom, ideal for extra guests. Relax by the wood-burning stove on chilly nights. The main floor has a king-size bedroom, plus a second floor loft space with a 2 full-size beds and a queen bed. Couch also pulls out to a bed! Year-round activities include boating, we have 2 kayaks and fishing

Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
