There is private outside space to the front and rear of the property. Ideally located for access to the major motorway networks of the north (M1, M62, M18 and A1/M). Within walkable distance is the Barnsley Interchange which provides train and bus services to all the major local towns and cities .

The house is situated on a scenic English lane, also the Coast to Coast footpath, and there are endless walks direct from the door as well as being just a 10 minute stroll to the shops, cafes and restaurants in Richmond marketplace.
