This room does NOT come with off-street parking. Free parking along the street, Bus stop around the corner, metro station is 15 min bus ride away. Kitchen/dining/living room are shared with everyone else in the house. For temporary second guest to this room, a $30/night extra charge applies.

The apartment is minutes away from Historic Anacostia, Capitol Hill, Washington National Stadium, National Harbor, and MGM Grand. If the lower level apartment is not rented, I have a washer and dryer, and a beautiful yard that can accommodate small gatherings of no more than 20 people. Please, no pets or smoking inside.
