Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

"Dail an Fheidh" (gaelic for "Deer Field") is a 2 bedroom house situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Linnhe. The house is set in an acre of field and has direct access to the loch. There are amazing views over to Ben Nevis and red deer graze near the house, all year long. A 40 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Fort William or head west to explore the stunning Ardnamurchan Peninsula. You can use the Corran Ferry to access the house, but please note, we are not on an island.

Our chalet is based in the busy village of Kinlochleven with many visitors every year passing through on the West Highland Way. We are in an ideal location for people that love to explore the outdoors with many mountain walks and outdoor activities nearby. We have a shared driveway where you can park a vehicle, fast WiFi and are situated in a very quiet area. We will provide teas, coffees, milk along with shampoo and soap. We have a drying room for any wet equipment from walking in the rain.

A kitchenette with oven and hob provides all basic cooking facilities. There’s no WiFi at the property but you can get 4G on EE. We provide: A welcome basket 🧺 Salt, pepper and oil. Shampoo and soap. Situated in Upper Inverroy, near Roy Bridge, and with unbroken views to some of Scotland’s highest and most beautiful peaks, Rosie is ideally placed for visitors who are keen to explore the beautiful mountains, glens, lochs and coastal waters of Lochaber, the outdoor capital of the U.K. Rosie was built in 2019 upon an original early 1930’s road workers’ living wagon chassis. Situated in a private position adjacent to our house, Rosie looks out towards  the magnificent Grey Corrie mountains.

Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains.
