The Studio

The Studio has an open-plan configuration with en-suite shower room and kitchenette and is located in the centre of Dover town, within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the beach. Situated on a small hobby farm with great countryside views, sheep and chickens and near to family-friendly activities. Converted from a garage, the space if fully insulated with double glazed window and is warm and comfortable. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and families of four.

Glaziers Bay Cottage is a colonial style building with modern facilities. It features 2.7m ceilings, walk in robe, open plan living area and kitchen. Ten minutes from Cygnet with magnificent views of vineyards, the Hartzview mountains, the Huon River and walking distance to Fat Pig Farm nextdoor. Cereals, local free range eggs, bread, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee included for a DIY breakfast. I'm really sorry but one night bookings are not viable so I have a two night minimum booking.

Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. You would be hard pressed to find a more peaceful outlook for your morning coffee or afternoon wine as you take in the open skies and the local wildlife. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

Bush surrounds, stunning views of the Huon River & Hartz mountains. Beaches, bushwalking, markets, relax by the fire or on the deck & admire the view. Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.

River Road Chalet, Surges Bay

We are situated 1 hour drive from Hobart, on the Huon River Estuary. The ambience of the property is a secluded, rural, actual waterfront acreage. Guests may enjoy the pebble beach and rock pools together with the private jetty for fishing. We have a secure fenced area adjacent to the chalet suitable for well-behaved pets. (At the owners discretion) Please make contact with us prior to confirming your booking to discuss the pet you intend to bring.
