Heritage Style and Coastal Accents at a Cosy Retreat

Take a 3-minute stroll to the foreshore path for a morning jog along the coast, then relax with a coffee on the plant-strewn patio. Polished floorboards and high ceilings keep things classic, while the monochrome bathroom adds a modern feel. You have a separate entrance and hand sanitizer is provided. The living room and bedroom retain their polished floorboards and high ceilings. The bathroom also retains a heritage style. The galley kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine. There is air-conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped so you could make your own meals but there are many nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment is between Broadway with niche restaurants, cafes, butcher, supermarket plus takeaways and Jetty Rd with its “golden mile of shopping”, restaurants and nightlife. Three minutes to the beach and foreshore path for exercise. You have separate access along a leafy pathway as the apartment is located towards the centre of the property, it is quiet with no street noise. We are always on call if you have a question. The neighbourhood is residential, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within easy reach of a choice of cafes on nearby Broadway and 7 minutes from Jetty Road for other food choices. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Jetty Rd and the tram to the City. The tram leaves frequently from Glenelg to the City. Bus stop is 3 minutes away with buses to City or Marion shopping centre. There is plenty of access to on street parking available.

Skipper's Retreat - And Bring Your Dog too!

Value & family oriented simple character bungalow with big rooms, Netflix and comfy beds a block from the Old Gum Tree in Glenelg North, less than 20 mins walk to the beach & everything else in Glenelg with a fully enclosed yard. Spacious, modern apartment 150m from Brighton beach, above the bustling cafe strip that is Jetty Rd, Brighton. 500m to Brighton train station, 30 secs to the best coffee in Adelaide, 1 min from the beach. Wake up & smell the coffee, dine in amazing restaurants & stroll along the esplanade as the sun sets over the water. Relax with 2 balconies that catch the morning & evening sun. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). Garage provided for 2 cars.

Our gorgeous apartment features two huge bedrooms and a sunroom all with queen beds. No cleaning fee! Our two separate bathrooms at either end of the large apartment, offers privacy. Our lounge room is large and comfortable. The kitchen is new. Beach is a 2 min walk. Take a 500m stroll to Jetty Rd where you have access to the tram, shops and cafes. With nearly 500 reviews at 4.91, you don't need me to assess the property, the reviews speak for themselves.
