Bring your own paddle-boards & kayaks (or hire locally from Cotswold Paddleboard Co. who deliver to your door!!) to take advantage of direct access on to Windrush Lake for non-motorised water sports. Or fish on both Windrush and (adjacent) Isis lakes.

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Our self catering pods have a kitchenette with induction hobs and a microwave. We also have outdoor seating and a private BBQ for an al-fresco dining experience. Each pod has luxurious décor selected with extra comfort in mind. Near Thornbury, Bristol where you will find lots shops and restaurants.

Situated along the River Severn, Mooffitch Garage Shepherd Hut is a short drive into Gloucester city centre and only 20 minutes to the Forest of Dean. The hut is one of two huts situated by the river. It is well equipped with a built-in king size bed, TV, hob, microwave, toaster, mains shower and wc. There is romantic festoon lighting in the evening and a hot tub to use at your convenience. The property boasts stunning views of the river.
