The stairs to the frog are outside. We are centrally located on Saint Simons Island 5 miles from the pier village and beach. Close to everything else. Shopping, dining, easy access on and off the island. This is a new construction home built in 2024. There are cameras on the property for your protection and safety.

Come love what we love about our adopted hometown! We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.

This cottage, located on a one-lane street, was built in 1962 then remodeled completely in 2018. It has one parking spot, fenced in front yard and a cute front porch. It's great for remote work with desk and docking station.
