Huge Studio with some Sea View, 5min Morjim Beach

This cosy apartment is the best apartment in our property. It's on the 3rd floor and facing the sea. Sea is 250 meters away it's quite in a distance and you have sunny weather. In the rainy season we had to pack balcony with PVC from strong wind and rain. So there will be no view in the rainy season. The apartment is huge, it's 100 square meters, it has a kitchen with all necessary utensils to cook some food, fridge, electric kettle, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery.

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Located on bank of Talpona River. You can have the view of the river and where the river meets the sea. We have kept our room as traditional as we can. And to all the bird watching enthusiasts, if you are lucky enough you can spot different kinds of birds roaming in the morning. With a river facing room, on a just 10mins walk you have access to Rajbag Beach which is quite, secluded and among the virgin beaches of Goa.
