An easy 10 minutes from the town of Golden, our completely unique, elegant, extremely romantic, custom built, all season yurt and modern shower house Note: There is a new build happening on the rural property beside us for summer 2026. During the hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Friday there could be some noise. We reduced our prices to reflect that and promise to take great care of you!:)

Welcome to Drift Away! We invite you to our home in the woods, just 10 minutes outside of Golden, BC where you can surround yourself with mountains, wildlife, and serenity. Enjoy the fully stocked suite with all the amenities to live in the woods in comfort, including a full kitchen, board games, comfy couches and quality bed mattresses with fluffy down duvets. With such close proximity to the backcountry, multiple national parks, and ski resorts, your adventure begins the moment you arrive!

Nestled in a quiet sub-division above DT Golden, Journeys End offers spacious modern 2-bedroom accommodations (1200 sq ft) for up to 6 guests. We are located minutes away from world class golf, skiing, hiking, rafting, biking & snow-machining. Enjoy the views of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, the Purcell & Selkirk mountain ranges while soaking in the hot tub, enjoying a sauna or from the large windows. Complimentary off-street parking for 2 vehicles including space for trucks with sled decks.

Black Bear Log Cabin is a locally handcrafted Douglas Fir log cabin nestled in the trees on a private lot, located an easy 15 minute drive south of Golden BC. Situated within easy reach of several national parks, Golden is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise with world class skiing & sledding in the winter. Equally exhilarating are the many summer activities including hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, paragliding, tandem parachuting.

Located on a dead end road , you will enjoy the peaceful and quiet location.

Located 15 minutes from town right next to the Norther Lights wildlife center, listen to the wolves howling while you decompress by the camp fire in the back yard. Relax your body and mind in the hot tub and sauna, afterwards keep your feet warm with the heated tile floor in the bathroom. Enjoy the fast starlink internet for all your work and streaming needs. The Gondola is operational for 2026 Step out the back door of the Palliser, just a 45 second ski or slide to the resort base. Step out the front door to snowshoe trails or a 3min walk down to the general store, pub or Double Black Cafe. 15 minute drive to Golden's amenities and restaurants. Well appointed condo to come together in comfort at the end of an Epic day. Quiet dog is welcome provided it is not left alone in the suite or out on the deck.

In winter, you can cross country ski, snowshoe, and toboggan. All without leaving the property. Once “home” soak in the hot tub, have a fire in the fire pit ( fire laws depending), and watch your children and dogs play. All while in the fenced backyard.
