She is newly renovated, whilst retaining her traditional and charming authentic self she has been thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. By day enjoy in friends, couples or family fun time in a game of backyard finska, by night chats and giggles by the fire pit or watch your favourite Netflix series and then cozy up in a comfortable bed.

Set among the vines at Blame Mabel, these cabins sit on a quiet stretch of hillside with space to wander and not much reason to rush. Days tend to unfold slowly, a walk through the vineyard rows, time on the deck, and not a lot else demanding your attention. Mabel (who we blame for most things) is often nearby, hoping for a pat. On weekends, the cellar door opens, locals drop in, wine is poured, and you can join in or keep to yourself. A little rugged, slightly offbeat, and better for it.

Nestled amongst towering gums and abundant native wildlife including our resident Kangaroos and Kookaburras, this property is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway. Located in Gordon in the beautiful Central Highlands, the Cottage is just over an hours drive from the Melbourne CBD and within a 1.4 km slightly elevated walk to dine at the funky Gordons Cafe or the Pub.

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

There are also push bikes and fishing rods you can use.
