A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our off-grid property is located between Cabo Matapalo and Puerto Jimenez, ideal for those seeking to immerse in the Osa Peninsula's natural beauty. Our central location makes for easy access from Puerto Jimenez, while being only 15 minutes from untouched rainforest and the pristine coastal region of Cabo Matapalo. The space is built above our garage, an open-air design with a massive wrap-around deck as the star feature. Well appointed kitchen, bathroom with hot shower, and plunge pool!

The home is completely off the grid, generating its power from solar, and has many modern conveniences including full size fridge, industrial stove, solar hot water, wifi and a brand new dipping pool off of the deck.
