Tranquility Hill Ranch is a peaceful oasis of memories of our family and friends at the ranch. We sit on the front porch with our hot tea or coffee and watch the sun rise over bluebonnet hill. The cows will lumber up to drink while birds chirp a good morning song or the turkeys gobble from a distance. During dark nights it seems like the milky way is right over our road to the house, the stars are so bright and sunsets by a fire are a must for reviewing the day and sharing memories.

Hummingbird House at BQ5 Ranch

This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

Maetze House (circa 1877) at Barnhart Q5 Ranch

Family gatherings are great in this house. Its kitchen is ready for you to walk in, stock it with your favorite foods and gather round to serve it up. The house has a good supply of board games, children's books, and local brochures for fun things to see and do around the county and beyond. Curl up with your beverage of choice and enjoy pastoral views and feeding birds from the front porch, and at night enjoy dark night skies around the firepit.

Camping at it's best. It's not fancy but it's peaceful. 3/2 Mobile home on site. Stocked fishing pond on prop. (catfish, bluegil, bass). Catch a bass over 12 in. and a cat over 16 in. You can keep. We have 9 ac. on high ground. There is also a golf cart on property. ATv's are allowed. Great for family get togethers. You can fish, swim, bbq, or hang out around the fire and watch the sun set. Jacuzzi on property.
