My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Welcome to our studio apartment with a stunning sea view! Perfect for solo travelers and couples. Looking to work from home? My studio's internet is fast enough for all the remote workers. The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.

Milara apartments are brand new modern apartments build to suit all you need to enjoy your holiday. Apartments are located in quiet area, yet close to everything. Featuring free Wi-Fi, parking (additional charge), Milara apartments offers a great accommodation in one of the Budva finest neighbor. Old Town Budva can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Sloven Beach is at a distance of 400 meters, Mogren Beach is at a distance of 850 meters, while Jaz Beach is 3 km away.

Apartment makes you feel like you are in your own home. Its comfortably fits two people and its located ten minutes from beach. Behind apartment there is small balcony with shade below the lemon tree.
