Main surprise is the view on the Black Sea and the beach - enjoy sunsets and sunrises on my balcony and feel your self very comfortable. In addition, there is an aqua park, shopping mall and first of all, very experienced host with the perfect recommendations.

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

Located in a charming neighborhood with wonderful restaurants, right by the boulevard. The beach is in 2-3 minutes walking distance, 150 meters from the house, you can even breathe the salty air from the balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor of the historic​ building. It's a 40 square meter room with a high ceiling. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a bike for cycling along the boulevard!

New, spacious, cozy, best locatoin in Batumi, 100 meters from the beach, bedrooms with mountain views, living room with sea view. Also laser musical fountains can be seen from the living room every evening. Near the apartment is located McDonald's, 300 meters to the dolphinarium, 300 meters to the central park of Batumi, 50 Meters to the supermarket (24 hour). Many restaurants with different cuisines around.
