Welcome to our Cozy cottage located on picturesque Lake Moraine. Situated on a beautifully landscaped lawn, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding Upstate NY mountains. Keep an eye out for the vast wildlife that is home to the lake such as bald eagles, ducks, geese, turtles, crawfish, and an abundance of fish. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Located directly on the water, our property offers the best of outdoor adventures/activities on and off the Lake. Your dream vacation awaits.

Florence Cottage

This fully self contained lockable 2 bedroom apartment, one block from Hall of Fame, by the lake, has full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, coffee maker etc. Rental includes use of motorless boats.Washer dryer in basement shared with other guests/ leave laundry basket outside of door and we will take care of it😃. There is a folding futon in the larger of the two bedrooms; let us know if someone wants to sleep on it and we can arrange to have the linens set out for it for an extra 20$.

Located 6 miles from Norwich NY in the heart of Chenango County and Central NY. Just a 33-minute drive to Oneonta’s “Cooperstown All Star Village” and 53 minutes to the playing fields of Cooperstown’s “Dreams Park.” Campfires, barbeques, fishing, swimming, kayaking, corn hole, or a nap in the hammock await you, your family, and guests.

Eagle River

Eagle River is a charming waterfront home located between Cooperstown & Oneonta. The water views are incredible! Enjoy free use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards at the kayak shop next door. The home has been recently updated with a new kitchen, bathroom, sunroom, deck, mattresses and linens. It has an open floor plan with 3 smart T.V.s & comfy leather couch. The owner operates the kayak shop next door and is readily available if need be; free kayak lessons are included also.

Come relax and unwind at beautiful Oquaga Lake. This cozy one bedroom cottage has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. There's a king size bed and queen size sofa sleeper, making this the perfect space for a couple or small family. There are kayaks and a canoe available for spending time on the clear waters of the lake. Take a hike around the lake or the trail through the woods. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and star filled skies. This cottage is available year round.

Luxury Cooperstown Area Lake Home with Amenities!!

Summer Bookings, We currently have 4 days open 8/23-27. Summer 2026 we only accept 6 night stays aligned with Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule, see their site for the schedule. The 2026 season is 5/30-8/28/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.

Pines Luxury Log Cabin Lakefront Kayaks & Hot Tub

Catskills Cabin Rentals luxury log cabin located on the secluded and private Lake Albanese. The property is a large 200 acres with miles of hiking trails and its own private lake. This Lakefront cabin features a large stone wood burning fireplace, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The cabin also has kayaks and an outdoor fire pit for your enjoyment. The downstairs also has a washer and dryer, should you need to do laundry during your stay.
