Welcome to Tabakea Holiday House. You're invited to bring your family (including fur-babies) and getaway for a few days to this quiet setting in Goolwa Beach. Centrally-located Tabakea is 3 min drive or 15-20 min walk to the beach, and about the same to the Wharf precinct in town. And the supermarket is only 5 min walk. Goolwa has lots to explore: beaches, the river including the unique Coorong as well as the historic township. In the region you can visit wineries, national parks & much more.

Riverside Retreat … with beautiful water view

Located at the calm waters of the riverfront you can watch the yacht racing, Oscar W paddle steamer pass by or casually walk along the shore to the cafes & the local activities. Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

Perfect location for summer or winter, 350 metre walk to the beautiful Goolwa beach. Modern, airy and clean, with new beds, quilts, blankets and pillows supplied (MUST PROVIDE OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS). Includes lounges set up for comfort. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Its location is simply perfect, wake up and enjoy a stroll along the cliff tops, a coffee at local Cafes or a meal at the ever popular Flying Fish cafe.

Gumnut Getaway offers a private Bed and Breakfast studio in peaceful, secluded Goolwa North. The Getaway is fully air-conditioned and has its own private lounge with flat screen TV, cosy sofa and dining area. We are offering a neat and tidy 2 bedroom granny flat situated on our property. This accommodation is best suited for both short and long term stays. Our new renovation at the front of accommodation is very private with beautiful views of the hills and wetlands. We are very close to beach which is only a short walking distance. We live here permanently and we are friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.

It's a good life

Natural Light filled Holiday home, No Dogs allowed !, Free Wi-Fi, a short walk to the beach, wave to the Steam Ranger from the back deck , walking distance to the Middleton Tavern, Bakery, Surf Hire and Whale watching during the season.
