This country home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 living areas including the main lounge with recliner chairs and fireplace, social room with pool table, the ‘Looking Room’ because the view is breathtaking and the Sunroom with large 10-seater dining table. Will also see “Alphie” the alpaca & his sheep walking by.

Riverside Retreat … with beautiful water view

Located at the calm waters of the riverfront you can watch the yacht racing, Oscar W paddle steamer pass by or casually walk along the shore to the cafes & the local activities. Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

This seven bedroom contemporary home is perfect for two or even three families. We guarantee the only time you'll see the kids is if there are hungry! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. OUR HOME IS SITUATED IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA WITH CLOSE PROXIMITY TO NEIGHBOURS. EXCESSIVE NOISE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
