There’s a large double bedroom with king sized bed, a cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom. A perfect base for exploring!

Visitors to the cottage have sole use of a small courtyard overlooking adjacent fields, as well as use of a quiet shared garden. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants & a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in front of the house & around.

Welcome to my holiday home Situated a 100 steps from an award winning beautiful sandy beach stretching 2 miles. 3 Bedrooms 2 with double beds and a small third bedroom with a Single Futon bed with the Bathroom is located on the ground floor. This is a well equipped self catering home suitable for families or couples. Towels and bedding will be supplied. A local Morrisons supermarket is within close walking distance. Pets are allowed with a fee of £10 per night paying cash on arrival.
