Perfect summerhouse for a restful stay only a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Sandviken beach is a long sandy beach and considered one of Gotland absolute best. Stay 2 families or a group of friends. These houses are from 2018 so the standard is really high. In the area you will find restaurants and nice nature places to visit. One of Gotlands best restaurants "Krakas" is about 10 miles from the houses. Also the small summer towns Katthammarsvik and more wellknown Ljugarn is close within range.

Beautiful limestone house on the spectacular island Gotland's southern tip with walking distance to the sea and sandy beach. Walking distance to French bistro and bakery, for fresh bread in the morning. A real summer dream! Large limestone house from 1850, with 5 rooms (140 sqm). Boathouse with two kayaks and a SUP (from Jan. 2020). Large garden private garden with no neighbors around. Patio and barbecue area. Close to one of Gotland's finest sandy beaches Austre and rauks at Holmhällar.

Havsutsikt mot fiskeläge

Huset är fristående byggnad och har ett stort öppet allrum på bottenvåningen med soffgrupp framför stora glasdörrar mot en hänförande utsikt över havet och fiskeläget Jauvika. I bottenvåningen finns en sovdel med dubbelsäng. På övervåningen finns kök, matplats, ett litet sovrum med två enkelsängar, toalett och dusch. Är det lugnt väder sitter man ute mot havet och vid blåst är det lugnt på den skyddade innergården med egen trädgårdsmöbel. Huset har WiFi, TV med många kanaler och luftvärmepump.

Lyxrenoverat 140m2 Ihreviken med 2 km sandstrand och stor restaurang. Huset ligger 200 m ovan stranden med utsikt över hav och klint. Rymligt hus med 4 sovrum och fullutrustat stort kök och badrum. Eldstad, 2st grillar och 2st TV. Passar familjer eller företagsevenemang. Gångavstånd till ihregård med servering och bondgård samt fantastiska strövområden och kulturella platser på norra Gotland. Sovrum nr 5 är en komplett friggebod med dusch,vc,toalett som kan köpas till för personer fler än 6.

Kustnära hus med utsikt över havet och karlsöarna

Vackert och strandnära hus med gångavstånd till havet och utsikt över karlsöarna på fantastiska Ekstakusten på Gotland. Huset har 4 sovrum, kök och badrum och toalett. Det stora allrummet med öppet upp i nock har plats för både middag och häng. Det finns en altan där man kan avnjuta en god bit mat samtidigt som man kan höra vågornas brus och blicka ut över havet och karlsöarna. Vill man ta sig ett dopp så kan man göra det i den sköna poolen. Det finns även ett uterum för en regnig sommardag.

Nu finns möjligheten att ta sig runt och utforska Sveriges egna kalkstenshawaii på bästa sätt. De senaste åren har ön expanderat ut från den medeltida staden Visby till allt ifrån ekologiska odlingar på landsbygden, mikrobryggerier, créperier till caféer. Gotlands unika miljö som skiljer sig från norr till söder med 14 mils kust, avnjutes som bäst med denna charmiga buss från slutet av 80-talet. Ta er bekvämt runt paradisön & njut av sommarens bästa roadtrip, ett minne som man sent glömmer.

Härlig villa vid havet, nära Visby.

Drömhus precis vid havet, 7 km söder om Visby. Nere vid stranden (200 m) ligger Fridhems café som har hembakta godsaker. 2 km till Kneippbyn med äventyrspark, vattenland, restauranger, butik, konserter, Pippi-teater, minigolf, banor för fotboll, basketboll, padel- och tennis. Till Visby GK är det 21 km och till Tofta strand 16 km. Ygne och Högklint är några av de bästa platserna för fiske av havsöring. OBS: en städavgift på 1900 kr tillkommer och betalas 1 vecka innan check-in.

Ateljéhuset vid havet

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

Welcome to our wonderful house in the best location at Gotland! We are a family letting our house, Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m Gnisvärd fishing village. 3 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, ca 90 kvm, a guesthouse (4 single beds). Dishwasher, laundry, and wifi, fireplace. Large garden incl. forest 2500 sqm., We are also renting out a smaller house of 30 sqm. A fence separating the houses. You only share the parking.

Relax in wonderful surroundings near the beach

Built in 2012, this is a clean and comfortable accomodation with good standards, only a stone's throw from a wonderful sandy beach. We have fantastic treks for hiking in every direction just outside of the door. Fishing and swimming are popular, as is taking long walks with or without the camera and / or dog. Sjaustru is one of Gotland's hidden gems without too many people around. Nice and quiet for a relaxing break - welcome to our paradise! =0)
