If you are looking for a quiet break the beautiful East Sussex country side is on your door step. With a number of walks and country pubs only a short distance away. Chapel Field Lodge has everything you need to switch off including a private hot tub for the perfect escape.

The Loft,bijou self-contained space & dog friendly

This unique place has a style all of its own. A self-contained cosy loft, small but perfectly formed. Conveniently located on the A21 for a Coastal or Country getaways. Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum, Battle Abbey, and Bodiam Castle all only 10 mins by car. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Great for couples or single occupancy, room for a cot too.

The Annex at Buttons Farm

The Annex is an elegant, spacious property in a beautiful rural setting. It is perfectly located for exploring Kent & Sussex with many wonderful attractions and activities close by. A short drive to Wadhurst station is perfect for day trips up to London, only a 1 hour journey. Wadhurst village, voted as the best place to live in the UK 2023, is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are large and spacious, perfect for couples or families. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. Dog friendly.

The Studio, Ticehurst

This fantastic open plan converted office space is located in the heart of High Weald, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ‘The Studio’ is the perfect location for couples or families wanting to explore all that the countryside has to offer. Walking distance from Ticehurst Village, home to Sunday Times Pub of the Year ‘The Bell’. As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Hodges Oast self catering cottage.

Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway

Cosy Hut with TV, Wifi. Amazing walks and pubs

Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

Cosy Barn in the heart of the Garden of England

‘Little Hartleys’ is a detached, converted stable with cosy wood burning stove. Perfect for families where children can use our play park complete with sunken trampoline and zip wire. From time to time, other animals will be housed on the property. Country walks start opposite the main entrance & within 1.5 miles you can find yourselves in our charming local pubs. Stable with private parking & outdoor area set behind a fence within the main residence on 2 acres of land

Idyllic Shepherd's hut in a quiet secluded meadow

Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.

Simple, stylish, warm and inviting accommodation on a working farm set 1 mile off the road in glorious Weald of Kent countryside. On the doorstep is Bedgebury Forest for cycling and walking, abundance of National Trust properties within 20 mile radius. A "help yourself" Breakfast will be included .... Relax.. Real woodburning stove. Fridge/microwave/toaster/kettle. Not a full kitchen as no sink! :)
