NO OVERNIGHT STAYS . THIS IS FOR DAYTIME USE ONLY . Occupancy 9.30am to 5.30 pm on check in day only. This fabulous front row, dog friendly, beach hut commands the best position on the beach, with uninterrupted sea views. Suitable for quiet ,family enjoyment, it has everything you need for a day by the sea, including a gas camping hob. Vintage themes, a newly extended veranda, plenty of comfy chairs, tables, crockery. Free parking and toilets one minute walk, fish and chips, ices, 5 min walk,

Pevensey Pearl Platinum Caravan /prestigious site

Comfortable space for four people can accommodate six with extra charge per person over 4. One king size bed. Two x 2’6” beds that can be made as a double on request, a 4ft pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. Travel cot/high chair available. Caravan is of Platinum standard (Park Holidays grading). Gated outdoor deck and seating catching the sun all day. Heated indoor swimming pool, steam room/jacuzzi. Gymnasium (passes not included in your booking fee). Close to beach. Disabled access.

The Shed of the Setting Sun

Situated at the end of a 50 foot garden, on the edge of marshland, is the shed. It is a prime spot to watch the sun setting, bird watching, meditating or simply relaxing and taking in the outdoors. Access to the house will be available for use of the kitchen and toilet/shower. A seperate entrance with padlocked gate is available, and yale lock on the shed door. A small bbq/utensils will be provided, and a fire pit. (please purchase your own bbq coals and seasoned firewood). 12v solar lights

Romantic countryside hideaway

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful flower meadow. Each tent has kingsize airbed and two singles if required, all fitted with duvet, pillows and bed linen; two chairs and a mat for use in or outside. Quiet area with four other bell tents. Shared use of shower, wash basins, portaloo, camp kitchen with sink and kettle, tables and chairs. Outside spaces for children to play in and a big sky to watch the clouds drift by, the sun rise and the stars twinkle as you relax

Situated on Alberta Holiday Park. Directly opposite Clubhouse with Entertainment. Decking overlooks children's playpark and next to the outdoor swimming pool. Two minute walk from the picturesque Seasalter beach and a 5 minute drive from popular Whitstable seaside/harbour town. The caravan has a large decking area with outdoor furniture. Two bedrooms and a double sofa bed comfortably sleeps 6 people. All bed linen, towels and essentials provided.

Beach Hut with Large Deck on Tankerton Slopes

NO OVERNIGHT STAYS - THIS IS FOR DAYTIME USE ONLY. Occupancy 9am to 9pm on check in day only. These times can be altered to your preference within the 12 hour frame as long as we are told 24/48 hours beforehand. You will have full access to the hut all days you rent it but you are permitted to leave for the night. PSA: We do not provide towels due to quick turn arounds during the busy summer. Nor do we provide a speaker.

Tiny bubble tree tent

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. Recently featured in Globetrotter tv magazine. You’ll love this unique and romantic escape. Minimum energy, minimum material but maximum experience with nature. The tiny bubble is installed between two trees. It is for nature lovers and for the adventurer. You can also enjoy one of the largest hammocks in the world located under the tree tent.
