We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Wake to sunny mornings at your outdoor brekkie bar, wander bush trails to nearby water holes or explore historic country towns. Enjoy Tinambas renowned dining, visit local wineries and breweries or settle into friendly country pubs. As evening falls, return for sunset drinks on the deck, spotting kangaroos as festoon lights reflect on the water beneath wide, starry skies.

You will wake to the sound of native birds and will definitely see kangaroos and possibly goannas, lizards, wombats and the resident echidna. If you decide to venture out, Mansfield is just 10 minutes away. It has a bustling retail centre which includes many great food/dining options and a wide variety of attractions/activities.

Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna. In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.

Timber Top Lodge is a rustic, cosy, off-grid cabin located in the sleepy village of Tanjil Bren. It's two and a half hours east of Melbourne and 20 minutes from Mt Baw Baw Ski Village. The cabin offers the perfect place to kick back and relax, or it can be a comfy base if you want to get out and explore.
