Situa-se em Paços da Serra e é o lugar ideal para explorar o Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela, por se localizar entre Seia (10km) e Gouveia (8km). Usufrua de umas férias na natureza através de um amplo espaço exterior, que lhe permite comer ao ar livre, fazer caminhadas e explorar lagoas e praias fluviais. (Vale do Rossim – 10km; Lapa dos Dinheiros – 19km).

This whole floor has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single-beds, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and heated toilet. It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

The pool is SHARED. We have other guest house in the farm. This granite walled cottage fits up to four people.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a warm fire place and great views. We have on the first floor an independent studio for 2 People. There is also a pool (shared!) and a Pétanque field for the summer days. The highlight is the nature. You'll stay at the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, with 27 hectares of property to explore.

The house is on the edge of the village without any opposite. The house is close to activities suitable for families with a multi-activity center (tree climbing, mini golf, zip line, etc.). The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.
