De woning beschikt over een ruimte van 100 m2 en ligt op een landgoed van maar liefst 4700 m2. Hier ontwaak je in het groen in een prachtige tuin. Het is 5 minuten rijden naar Rotterdam Airport, 25 minuten rijden naar Den Haag Centrum en 40 minuten rijden naar Schiphol. Een ideale plek voor een gezin, met een volledige grote keuken tot je beschikking en een ruime luxe badkamer.

Willebrordus is een moderne studio (met 2 fietsen) in een van de gezelligste wijken van Rotterdam: het Liskwartier! De studio heeft een voor- en achterkamer. In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.
