A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

The Gambo

The Gambo is a traditional Shepherd's Hut with all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing break. It has a king-size bed, a fitted kitchen, full size fridge, wood-burning stove and bathroom. Our place is a self-contained studio flat on the edge of a little town. There is an excellent vegetarian cafe and health food shop 2+ minutes walk away. The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley.
