This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Newly furnished villa in Pinezići for 6 - 8 persons. The villa ANDRO has three double bedrooms (two of which have a private bathroom) and a total of three bathrooms. Nicely decorated living room, fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry room are at your disposal too. Upper rooms have access to a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The house is located close to the sea and many beautiful beaches and bays. Airconditioning (also in all bedrooms), floor heating, parking spot, private pool.

Beds BLUE is a delightful property, spread over 2 floors with external stairs and an astonishing terrace, making it a perfect retreat for you to relax and reset. It is a pet and family friendly place, designed to enjoy your summer on a beautiful Island of Krk. There is everything you need close by - beach, aqua park, beach bar and restaurant. Historic city center of Krk is just a 10 minutes drive away. In 2024, we are bringing beach closer by adding a swimming pool to a picturesque terrace!

Villa Sara is a newly built house in the Krk Island region, located in village Linardići. Town of Krk or Malinska are 12 km from the property and Baška is 30 km from this holiday home. This 5-star holiday home features 3 bedrooms each with SAT TV and its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and a toilet. Villa Sara is air-conditioned accommodation, features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi throughout the property and free private parking.

It has two big bedrooms, a living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bathroom, a balcony and terace. It has see view and is air-conditioned. The house has free private parking and wi-fi.

It offers a swimming pool (waterfall for massage), all rooms are air-conditioned, large garden with a barbecue area, trampoline, table tennis, panoramic sea views, free large parking (possible with one or more motorhomes), the beach is within walking distance. Very quiet, cozy and picturesque place, which borders on a forest and an olive orchard. The interior layout of each villa is very functional and suitable for 10 people.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Villa Dada is a semi-detached house and it is the perfect choice if you are traveling with a large family or group of friends. Villa consists of three apartments. All together you can use six bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and living room, several terraces, playroom and large outdoor swimming pool with sundeck. Villa can easily accommodate 16 people.
