Our detached house, Villa Boric, has a beautiful view over the sea. Sunset is a must see! The house is surrounded with a lovely garden with olive and fig trees. The sea is only 50 metres away. You can walk along the waterfront to the city centre of Stari Grad - this enjoyable stroll takes about 10 minutes. Please note that the whole house and garden are at your disposal except for the garage (parking place is available in front of the house!). There are no other guests/owners at the property.

Apartments Ana is 150 m from the beach and 801 m from Stari Grad’s center. Enjoying a quiet location, it features self-catering accommodations with free WiFi and a balcony offering sea views. All apartments are air-conditioned and consist of a kitchen with a dining area and satellite TV. Each features a private bathroom with shower. Free private parking is possible on site.Guests get to use the barbecue facilities and the swimming pool free of charge.

Apartman Knezovic

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.
