Das Haus ist klimatisiert und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend der Insel.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

It is a new furnished and renovated (2020.) comfortable apartment, on the first floor. Ideal for 6 people. It has two big bedrooms, a living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bathroom, a balcony and terace. It has see view and is air-conditioned. The house has free private parking and wi-fi.

Ovaj jedinstveni novoizgrađeni smještaj nalazi se u selu Vrh na otoku Krku, 5 km od starog grada te svih potrebnih sadržaja. Nudi savršenu oazu za odmor i relaksaciju u prostranoj vili opremljenoj svim sadržajima potrebnim za nezaboravan odmor. Vila ima 6 moderno uređenih soba i prima 12 osoba. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
