The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bath , shower, washing machine. One bedroom with king bed, living room with Sofa Bed for 2 Persons. The beach (200 m) - pebble or stone, can be reached within a 2-minute walk and the city centre is 700 m away (10 minute walk).

Dear guests, Holiday house "Annamaria" of 70 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Losinj, named "Lučica". Surrounded by fragrant healing plants, it is a perfect place of peace and quiet. The parking place is located 50 m from the house, and the house is located in first row to the sea, only 20 m away. Villa Lavanda is located in Kandija bay, next to Artatore bay, 8 km from Mali Losinj. It is situated in front of the sea, in middle of pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. The beach (80 m) is mostly rocky, with some small pebble parts. Because of the sandy sea bottom, the sea in Kandija has a fabulous turquoise blue colour. Here you can enjoy the nature, the stars in the evening, the birthsong, the scents of Mediterranean herbs and the view on Lošinj bay

The town of Mali Losinj is a 25 min walking distance away with a beautiful pedestrian and cycle path leading almost all the way up to the town, though you may also decide to take some breaks and sit on one of the many benches on the promenade leading into town, making it into a longer stroll, while enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
