Each apartment is 70m2 and equipped with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, centrally heated with underfloor heating, AC, wi-fi, heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) and grill. The rooftop top on two building has sitting area and jacuzzi available for all the guests ( seasonal). The property is located in a prestigious location only 400 m away from the sea and the beach. Our guests can use a SUP to fall in love with stunning Šimuni. A beautiful beach with bars and lots of shade from pine trees is 1 min walk and a local shop is 3 min walk

Studio apartment has large bed, small kitchen, a bathroom and small balcony. It is located 15 minutes light walk to the town center. Nearest beach is just in front of our house. Bakery and stand with fruits and vegetables are 200m from the apartment. Price includes private parking, air conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.
