The apartment has a spacious terrace with sea view, two separate rooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

House is in a great location just 200 m from pebble beaches, Total Size of the house is 106 m2 with two separated entrances. The sky roof house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, large 40 m2 pool, terrace, 2 parking places(one covered and one uncovered). All rooms with ambient lights. Air condition and wifi available in all rooms. House has a partial sea view.

Nice room for 2 persons with double bed and bathroom, balcony and private small kitchen (no ensuit, but right next to the room) situated on the 1st floor, with WIFI connection & air-condition hosted by my lovely mum & granny in our family house with 4 apartments . Sandy beach is just 50 meters away, walkway 8km all by the sea all until Rab old town. There are several restaurants , bars and supermarkets walking distance from a ye house. Ideal for family and friends vacation.
