Built by our family 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit. Apartment located in the very center of the city, surrounded by all necessary amenities (restaurant, café, supermarket, fish market, market, parking, ATM, cultural landmarks, etc.). The apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. It is equipped with a TV, new air conditioning, internet, Netflix, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, as well as other essentials for a comfortable stay. PRIVATE TRADITIONAL HOUSE IN THE CITY - priv park

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

New renovated apartment 57m2, few steps of the main square in old town. It has living room with sofa and nicely decorated bedroom's ( one with balcony). Kitchen is equipped with oven, cooking plate, fridge, microwave and dishwaser. On walking distance is a market, green market, bars and restaurants and all main city attractions. You will have complete ground floor of the house for yourself, with your private pool ( size 8x4 m. ) large garden with barbecue, 3 parking slots and your private entry. Accommodation is more like a holiday home as it is the only apartment for rent in the house. The nearest shop, coffee bar and market are 200 m away. The beaches, museum and old town are about 2,5 km away from the apartment.
