This apartment offers sleeps up to 5 people, it has about 80 sqm with large terrace facing the sea, two bedrooms, kitchen with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine and microwave. There is parking space and BBQ space.

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

The apartment is located on the highest floor of a family house. It's spacious, it has a lot of light. Ideal for two or for a family with children. Walk to the nearest beach takes 20 minutes (2 Kilometers). The old town is 3 kilometers (30 minutes walk). By car drive to the old town in 10 minutes.

Apartman se nalazi u samome centru grada Zadra, na poluotoku. Interijer je novouređen, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima (wi-fi, klima, tv., kupaonica i kuhinja). Udaljenost od gradske plaže "Kolovare" je cca. pet minuta pješke.
