We are within walking distance of hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails! This cozy and charming in-law apt is located inside our large home with its own private entrance, parking, kitchen, living room, bathroom and electric fireplace! You will also fall in love with our beautiful mountainous views this place will leave you feeling like you’re on cloud 9!!

Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway and private deck with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a loveseat, and a huge custom shower in a modern bathroom. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a kitchen counter and sink, a microwave, a blender and crock pot. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

We're close to the center of town, university, shopping plazas, hiking trails, Interstate 93 and ski resorts. State parks and Newfound, Winnipesaukee & Squam Lakes are easily accessible by car. Great base for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, fall sand sculptures, leaf peeping, skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, biking and nearby ice castles.

Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Restaurants abound.

We are 1.5 miles to Hanover/Dartmouth, and 1.0 mile to King Arthur Baking. Our street is part of the Appalachian Trail, and you will be near many Upper Valley attractions. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
